We have over 100 standard designs for you to choose from, and because we understand every customer has different needs, our in-house design team is happy to work with you in modifying any plan to meet your specific requirements. And, if a standard plan just isn’t you – we would love the opportunity to work together to design you a new home from scratch.  Alternatively, our extensive portfolio of house and land packages may mean your new home is already under development.

And it’s here you can meet with your interior designer (a complimentary service we offer to ensure you love the interior and exterior colours of you new home for years to come).
