Action Stations in Golden Sands — 25.05.2013

You’ld think for the middle of winter it would be slow in the property market. Not in Golden Sands! It is a hive of exciting activity as roads, boulevards, footpaths,  brand new houses, kindergartens, cafes and shops are being planned and built.

This is a historic week for Papamoa as the long standing Radio Rhema mast, that has stood for between 30 to 40 years, finally comes down. Preparations have begun today and by midday tomorrow the skyline will no longer be punctuated by the mast that stands at approximatly 120 meters toward the heavens. Hopefully not to many fisherman loose their way as they navigate back into the beach on their Kayaks.

If you haven’t been to Golden Sands for a while, head down for a look!
