Sunday Funday – A great time had by the Golden Sands Community — 25.05.2013

The first community event for Golden Sands was well received by the Golden Sands neighbourhood with a great turnout from locals and community groups alike. The Papamoa Surf Lifesavers and Papamoa Volunteer Fire Service managed to raise some good funds and local businesses had the perfect opportunity to show their products thanks to the local turnout.

The line-up of bands proved popular. Some great local talent that included RPM, Godsown, Aaron Saxon & Alice Ecila, Leilani and Shejus Greedy kept the crowd entertained and added the right vibe to the day.

Next years event is planned to be bigger and better
